About Next Link

Next Link is a health improvement service based in Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos.

We have a part-time opportunity available for a Female Health Intervention Team Manager to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, including participation in an out-of-hours telephone on-call rota and some evenings and Saturdays.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role

The Female Health Intervention Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver interventions aimed at improving women's health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience of managing teams and implementing health improvement programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality interventions
  • To develop and implement health improvement programmes targeting women's health
  • To participate in out-of-hours telephone on-call rota and attend evening and weekend meetings as required

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, public health)
  • Experience of managing teams and implementing health improvement programmes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
