We are seeking a Microsoft Data Consultant to join our Services team, who will be enrolled into our Simpson Associates Academy for an initial intensive training period, before shadowing on projects with more experienced colleagues and ultimately forming a core part of our client-facing delivery teams.

The successful applicant will be exposed to a breadth of industries and technologies, with opportunities to work in areas such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Visualisation, Application Development and more.

The key responsibilities and expectations of a Microsoft Data Consultant include:

  • Proactive in personal development and keen to pursue a challenging and rewarding long-term career.
  • Pasionate about data and able to pick up new concepts and technologies quickly.
  • Delivers work packages to specification on a project, following completion of the technical design.
  • To have a strong academic background with a 2:1 or above in a STEM degree.
  • A keen interest in technology and business issues, with an aptitude to use analytical software or coding.
  • Strong numerical skills, comfortable dealing with large volumes of data.
