About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Claimont Health. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who require support with their mental health needs. Your main responsibilities will be to provide high-quality care and support to service users, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Assisting service users with daily tasks and activities
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of service user interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mental Health Support Worker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
