About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy General Manager and Clinical Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

As Deputy General Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home, taking on leadership duties in their absence. You will be responsible for ensuring that care standards are maintained, and that our residents receive the best possible care.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. This will involve monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

We are looking for someone with a strong clinical background, who is able to develop and deliver strategies to achieve their goals. You will need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.

Experience in helping residents with different health needs is essential, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We also require some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
