As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates, understanding their needs, and matching the right talent to the right opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in sales, as we welcome candidates from various sales sectors to bring their expertise to the world of education recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting schools meetings to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  • Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in any sector (outside of recruitment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and target-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Resilience and a positive attitude

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000
  • £37-£42K OTE in 1st year
