High End Residential Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join one of their key high end residential contracts based in SW London, Fulham. As a company, they provide specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of building services, and excel in the maintenance of technically demanding blue chip and critical sites within London, the City and Canary Wharf.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high end residential environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding and must also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment; a strong understanding of how cooling towers operate will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  1. Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
  2. Manage one multi-skilled engineer
  3. Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards
  4. Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms
  5. Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract
  6. Manage minor improvements
  7. Attend client meetings
  8. Manage contractors
  9. Carry out hands-on PPM & Reactive maintenance

Requirements

  1. Fully qualified to recognised electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G)
  2. Previous experience of supervising and running a high end residential building
  3. Knowledge of working with a budget and knowing how to manage costs
  4. Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance
  5. Experience of working in a building services environment
