Vehicle Refinisher

We are looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Refinisher to join our team at the Pronto workshop in Chichester.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in panel beating and a strong understanding of panel beating tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restore damaged vehicle bodywork to its original condition
• Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in all repair work
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
• Develop and maintain expertise in panel beating techniques and tools

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a panel beater
• Expertise with panel beating tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

This is a full-time position, working 42 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health cash plan, subsidised vehicle purchase, and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation).
