We are looking for a highly skilled Fine Dining Master to join our team at the Adelphi Portrush hotel. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus that showcase the best of Italian cuisine and fresh seafood.

You will have extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional quality and presentation in every dish. Your creativity and flair for menu innovation will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a skilled kitchen team to produce exceptional dishes that delight our guests.
  • Create, develop, and refine seasonal menus that showcase the best of Italian cuisine and fresh seafood.
  • Mentor junior chefs and create an environment of continuous learning and growth.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience). A competitive salary and benefits package reflects your experience and dedication. We also offer staff meals, uniform, and ongoing opportunities for training and professional development.
