About the Job:

Are you a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support? Do you have experience working in care and a desire to lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals?

If so, we would love to hear from you As a Care Team Leader at Sanctuary Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.

You will work closely with our experienced care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and support.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our care team to deliver exceptional care and services.

You will also need to have experience working in care, ideally with an NVQ3 in Social Care, and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
