About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at the Holly Bush in Oxford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that we deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
