Job Title: Investment Banking Professional

As a Vice President in the Investment Banking team at oilandgas, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions in the Energy, Power, Renewables, and Mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead banker on deals
  • Review and coordinate the work of junior bankers to move the marketing and execution process forward
  • Train and develop junior bankers
  • Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact
  • Oversee the creation of financial projection models
  • Identify and manage risks in deals
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions
  • Lead client negotiations and Q&A process
  • Provide clients with advice on the UK market
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Investment Banking or transactions, with EPRM sector experience preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new software applications
