About The Role

We're looking for passionate individuals to take on the challenging role of Early Years Practitioner at Butlin's Bognor Regis.

As a key member of our Nursery Team, you will be responsible for planning, organisation and operation within the room. You will also be responsible for providing a stimulating and varied programme of play alongside other team members, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in the development of a stimulating and creative atmosphere within the Nursery
- Providing a safe, supportive and caring environment for children to thrive in
- Assisting in the development and delivery of a wide activity programme for nursery sessions
- Working alongside the Nursery Leadership team to deliver a consistent experience for children and the team
- Maintaining up-to-date records of child development and progress
- Contributing to the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the statutory requirements for Safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- A caring and nurturing attitude towards children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is essential for this role

Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 8.15am to 5.45pm

Pay:
- Paid fortnightly
