Staff Nurse - Elective Surgery
As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led ward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be flexible, motivated, and an excellent communicator and team worker
- Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needs
- Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
- Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care
Requirements:
- NMC Registration
- Relevant qualifications and experience
- Post-registration experience
- Knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures
