ENT Specialist Registrar Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ENT Specialist Registrar to join our dynamic team in Swindon. As a key member of our community healthcare services provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to adult patients within the community Ear Nose and Throat service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care: Provide expert clinical care to patients, including the treatment of epistaxis, balance assessment, clearance of the external auditory canal, and performing nasopharyngoscopy and laryngoscopy.
  • Patient Management: Consult, diagnose, and treat patients in a professional and effective manner, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a cohesive team, supporting the administration team to deliver a safe and efficient clinical service.
  • Audit Participation: Participate in clinical audits to ensure continuous improvement in patient care.
  • Meetings: Attend and actively contribute to team and other relevant meetings, participating in shared decision-making processes.

Requirements: We are looking for an experienced ENT Specialist Registrar with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
