We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join our team at Equals One Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing and repairing a variety of cars and small vans
- Fitting of exhaust, tyres, clutches, timing belts, and other components
- Performing MOT testing and diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults
- Ensuring accurate and efficient completion of paperwork
- Conducting routine maintenance work to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity
- Inspecting vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade
- Fully qualified vehicle technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Current and valid UK driving licence
- Dedicated and committed approach
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions
