Private Client Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Private Client lawyer with at least 1 year PQE to join our team in North Devon. Our client offers a range of legal services throughout England and Wales and is recommended by the Legal 500.

As a Private Client lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including individuals and businesses, and to develop your skills in areas such as wills, trusts, and probate.

Our client offers a competitive remuneration package, including a generous bonus scheme directly linked to performance. You will also have the opportunity to complete further training with STEP if interested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice to clients on a range of private client matters
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including wills and trusts
  • Representing clients in court, as necessary
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE
  • Experience in private client law, including wills, trusts, and probate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
