Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

  • Managing the commercial aspects of two key contractors operating under NEC forms of contract and various critical subcontract packages
  • Conducting regular site visits and proactively monitoring contractor and subcontractor progress
  • Ensuring that all variations, scope changes, and associated impacts on cost, time, and quality are appropriately documented, assessed and approved
  • Performing remeasurement of works in accordance with contractual provisions

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and/or chartered status with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or other relevant professional body. In-depth understanding and experience with NEC4 forms of contract and their application in large-scale projects is highly desirable.
