Job Title: Senior Payroll Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves managing payroll operations for employees across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate execution of payroll cycles. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations, standards, and laws, preparing and submitting necessary regulatory reports, maintaining systems and records up-to-date, collaborating with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related queries, liaising with external payroll service providers, and improving processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an EMEA Payroll Specialist with knowledge across countries such as France, Germany, Ireland, UK, Belgium, Morocco, Netherlands, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, and Poland. Comprehensive understanding of HR and payroll processes and regulations across multiple EMEA countries, proficiency in HR and payroll software and systems, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and fluency in French; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

What You'll Get:

A competitive estimated salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
