Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for arranging mortgage and mortgage-related insurance products on behalf of our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and provide expert advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange mortgage and mortgage-related insurance products for customers
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and provide expert advice to customers
  • Ensure all appointments are followed up and managed in a timely manner
  • Undertake face-to-face and telephone fact-finds as required
  • Provide the highest level of mortgage advice and customer service to our customers
  • Follow the company's mortgage sales process and ensure full compliance at all times
  • Meet and maintain compliance with all competency guidelines
  • Focus on agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Visit and maintain relationships with introducers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months demonstrable customer-facing mortgage sales experience
  • Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of financial services sales and an understanding of compliance regulations
  • Highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Full driving license and use of own car
