About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Female PA to support a lady with chronic long health problems and poor stamina in her home in Leeds 14. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals independently, providing personal care, and assisting with domestic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals for the client, taking into account her dietary needs and preferences.
- Personal Care: Assist with intimate personal care, including washing, dressing, showering, and other daily living tasks.
- Domestic Care: Help with household chores, such as laundry, ironing, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
- Social and Leisure Activities: Support the client in accessing social and leisure activities, such as outings, hobbies, and entertainment.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and own personal car.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work up to 12 hours per week, with a split shift arrangement to accommodate the client's needs. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate weekend work.
Pay and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 per hour, with a weekly actual pay of £147.60. The annual actual pay is £7,694.80, with a FTE salary of £25,000.
