We are looking for a skilled Behavioural Mentor to join our team at Academics, Pupil Referral Unit in Chichester. As a key member of our team, you will support students who face behavioural and emotional challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing individual support and encouragement to students in the classroom.
  • Building strong relationships with students during breaks and lunches.
Requirements:

We require candidates with GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be patient, adaptable, and able to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
