A leading international contractor / developer seeks a skilled Construction Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. The successful candidate will support the business by negotiating and drafting EPC, supplier and O&M contracts for projects in the UK and internationally. Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of construction law experience, with confident and balanced negotiation skills, well organised and above all a passion to fully integrate with the business. You will work within a highly collaborative, supportive team and be offered a competitive package, support and mentoring from experienced lawyers and an excellent opportunity for career development in the UK and internationally.

Salary
An estimated salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. This figure takes into account the level of expertise required for this role and the benefits offered by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have C1-C5 years of construction law experience, with a proven track record of negotiation and contract drafting. You should be well-organised, have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team.
