We are seeking an Assistant International Adviser to support our international strategy and provide guidance on international opportunities for Girlguiding Scotland.

The Role

This role requires strong communication skills, including the use of social media, to promote and develop international experiences.

  • Effective use of communication tools, including social media platforms
  • Experience with international travel within Girlguiding
  • Able to share information inspiring others to participate in international opportunities
  • Strong team working and collaboration skills
  • Approachable, reliable, and open-minded individual
  • Ability to motivate and inspire diverse groups
  • Enthusiasm for supporting young members' access to international experiences
  • Understanding of the international Risk Enablement (REN) process and confidence in supporting group leaders
  • Flexible work arrangement with remote access and basic computer skills required
  • Willingness to travel for training and support purposes

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of international experiences for Girlguiding Scotland's members.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum. This salary reflects the company's commitment to ensuring that all employees receive fair compensation for their work.
