Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our residential project in North London. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a significant development comprising 420 units across 11 blocks.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  3. Coordinate groundworks, drainage, and services, with a focus on civil engineering aspects.
  4. Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  5. Monitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably on large-scale residential projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering practices.
  3. Experience with both traditional build and RC frame construction.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications are essential.
