Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Handler to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all client queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process insurance claims and adjustments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in customer service and administration within a financial services or insurance environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an advantage.
  • Additional certifications in financial services or insurance will be considered an asset.
