Job Overview
As a member of our team, you will work closely with registered practitioners to deliver high-quality care to patients, families, and their carers in a safe and supportive environment. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of services provided to patients and support the smooth running of the ward or clinical area.
Main Duties
You will be responsible for achieving the Care Certificate within the first weeks of employment, if not already completed through previous employment. You will also participate in an enhanced and extended induction programme to facilitate training and education required to maintain quality assurance and support.
