We are seeking a highly skilled Colour Educator to join our team in the UK. As a Colour-Focused Salon Educator, you will be responsible for training and supporting hairdressers in using our products, enhancing their skills in both existing and new accounts in your region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair colouring and hair care products, with at least 5 years of salon experience. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a dynamic, remote, and field-based role that requires a valid UK Driver's Licence. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, company car and company card, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and support hairdressers in using our products
  • Presentation of new products, promotions, and education opportunities at internal and external meetings
  • Participation in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and our offerings
  • Representation of our brand at industry events and support of our events when required
