The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction laws and regulations, with the ability to provide clear, concise legal advice to clients. You will work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and support the firm's growth.

A competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, additional leave over Christmas Office Closure, and private health insurance.

About the Role:

  • Manage complex construction projects, including disputes related to contracts, defects, delays, payment disputes, and professional negligence claims.
  • Advising clients on construction-related matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop effective legal strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for clients, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
