Job Title: Digital Marketing Director

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketers to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure ROI-driven spending and optimize marketing spend.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in digital marketing leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Experience with data analysis and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
