About the Role:

We are seeking a Banking Solicitor to join our team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a Banking Solicitor, you will manage banking and finance transactions, provide expert advice on cross-border matters, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage banking and finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, guarantees, and security documents.
• Provide expert advice on cross-border matters for City and overseas clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while independently managing workloads efficiently.
• Participate in business development activities such as networking, seminars, and writing articles.

Requirements:

• Scottish or English qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of relevant PQE in the banking and finance sector.
• Excellent communicator who is clear, concise, and adept at building strong client relationships.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Committed to providing exceptional client service, with a willingness to put in extra effort when needed.
