Role Overview
MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Enforcement Officer. This exciting opportunity will involve working in a fast-paced environment, using your skills and experience to recover outstanding debts on behalf of local councils.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting debtor's properties, setting up repayment arrangements, and assisting debtors in completing questionnaires. You will also be required to take control of goods when necessary, remove goods when required, and make enquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved or left a property.

Your duties will include compiling short reports about your visits, along with any necessary paperwork, assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services, liaising with office-based colleagues regarding active cases, and working by yourself in different geographical areas each day.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and organisational skills. As an Enforcement Officer, you will play a vital part in helping local councils recover funds to reinvest in local services.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, which can result in earnings of up to £70,000 annually. You will also receive a company vehicle after three months, all expenses paid, and a bonus paid out on debt collected.

In addition, we offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth and development, and the chance to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual looking for a new challenge, then this could be the ideal role for you.

About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have a full clean driving license and be willing to travel regularly throughout the day.

A background in sales, customer service, or a similar field would be beneficial, but not essential. What is important is your ability to build rapport with clients, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. If you have these skills and are looking for a new challenge, then please apply.
