Exciting Opportunity for a Development Scientist

Croda, a global leader in speciality chemicals, is seeking a talented Development Scientist to join our Process Development team at our Ditton site in Widnes, Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development, optimisation and investigation of existing processes, as well as providing technical support to other departments on site.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of a wide range of products, including biopolymers, metal oxide dispersions and biotransformation support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, sustainable and high-performance solutions to our customers in the consumer care market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve product quality and efficiency
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and solve technical problems
* Provide technical support to other departments on site
* Conduct research and development to improve existing processes and products

Requirements
