About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Allcott Commercial. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial survey work, including landlord and tenant work, contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, and commercial building surveys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of commercial survey work, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, acquisition surveys, and technical due diligence.
  • Prepare and present technically robust reports, providing clear, concise, and justified conclusions.
  • Work independently and within a team structure, liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • Support the development of our commercial survey services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Chartered Building Surveyor qualification (MRICS or FRICS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to a high standard.
  • Experience of a broad range of commercial work, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving licence.
