Quantity Surveying Manager for Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveying Manager to join our team in the North and East of England. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain, managing projects from award through to final accounts, and reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations.
This role offers a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, with a leading Main & Regional Contractor who provides comprehensive Civil engineering & Infrastructure solutions (minor & major civils work, highways and infrastructure). With over 30 years' experience operating throughout the UK, we are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveying Manager to expand our established Commercial team.
We are seeking a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or other relevant qualification and experience, with a strong background in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, as well as NEC contract experience. Previous Main Contracting and/or Sub Contractor experience is essential, along with sub-contract procurement and management experience, financial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experience.
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum
