Job Title: Commercial Lead
Location: Hybrid - Bristol office (1-2 days a week)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + 10% bonus
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team at Arguile Search. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. In this hybrid role, you'll support and lead contract management, providing essential advice across diverse projects. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and manage a portfolio with minimal supervision, making a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial and contractual support, including bidding, risk management, and contract negotiations.
- Advise on complex contracts, and provide innovative commercial solutions.
- Ensure alignment with overall business goals, contributing to growth and innovation strategies.
