Factory Supervisor

We are a well-established family-run business specialising in metal fabrication, offering a variety of services such as roll forming, folding, cutting, and CNC press brake operations. We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily operations in the manufacturing facility.

• Hands-on management of day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Programming and operating CNC machinery, specifically Schechtl CNC Folder and Morgan Rushworth 4M PBS CNC Press Brake.
• Conducting quality control of all manufactured products to meet customer specifications and internal standards.
• Controlling raw materials and stock to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

• Proven experience in a production or factory management role, ideally within a metal fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, particularly with Schechtl CNC Folder and Morgan Rushworth CNC Press Brake (or similar machines).
• Ability to work hands-on and lead a small team in a busy production environment.

The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
