Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to lead our safety, health, environmental and quality functions and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety, health, environmental and quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the safety, health, environmental and quality team to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Masters or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operational health, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in safety, occupational health, environmental and/or quality assurance.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO standards.
  • Experience within a engineering/electronics environment.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification is an advantage.
