About the Role:
As a Children's Healthcare Professional, you will work collaboratively with a national provider of complex care to deliver high-quality services to children and their families. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care that meets the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and plan individualized care plans for children with complex needs
* Deliver high-quality care that meets the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for children and their families
