Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on elements of econometrics projects, from implementing measurement plans to presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders to help with the integration of findings into business decisions.
  • Work alongside and support junior econometricians, supporting their development.
  • Travel to Germany offices once a quarter.
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling and analysing data with a statistical programming language or statistical software package.
  • MMM, Marketing Mix Modeling Experience.
  • Successful use of econometrics in a commercial environment.
  • A passion for using statistical techniques to convert observable data into recommendations.
  • Media planning and buying and experience using optimisation to inform media planning.
  • Ability to vision what can be achieved with different analytical techniques and what works best to solve a client's problem?
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to clients without a technical background.
  • Competency in using R and/or Python programming knowledge would be an advantage.
