A Hospitality Ambassador will oversee the restaurant guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, answer member enquiries, and strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalized service.

On target potential earnings inclusive of Tronc charge is projected between £14-£15 per hour for this role. This is made up of a base rate of £11.93, plus inclusion in our tronc scheme.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and charismatic personality. They will possess excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
