Job Summary:

One Ten Associates is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our team in a London-based Hedge Fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall Compliance programme, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold the SMF16/17 functions and be responsible for US regulatory oversight
  • Manage external counsel and assist with basic legal tasks, such as reviewing legal documentation
  • Collaborate with the Hedge Fund's management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective Compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Current Chief Compliance Officer/Head of Compliance experience in the Hedge Fund industry
  • Traditional asset management experience considered if previously worked in a Hedge Fund
  • Legal education or background advantageous
