Solutions2Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our client's mechanical workshop. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising 2 mechanical workshop engineers and ensuring the smooth execution of repair and new build processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair Items:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming components for repair.
  • Perform repairs in accordance with repair instructions and component maintenance manuals.
  • Verify the functionality of repaired components through hydraulic, pneumatic, and other relevant testing methods.
New Build:
  • Evaluate materials for use in the build process to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workshop activities and performance.
  • Oversee the calibration process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on repair and new build processes as required.
  • Provide regular updates on projects and objectives to stakeholders.
