**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a key member of the educational support staff, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers in the classroom environment and providing additional help to children who require it.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Working with small groups of children and occasionally one-to-one to provide targeted support
  • Assisting with day-to-day classroom activities and tasks

**Requirements**

  • Able to think quickly and problem-solve without supervision
  • Confident when working with small groups or one-to-one
  • Strong behaviour management skills while creating a fun learning environment
  • Driven to motivate pupils and increase their participation

**Salary & Benefits**
