The successful candidate will have experience in a distribution environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the despatch and receipt process, using the Warehouse Management System
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating with customers and suppliers
  • Review invoices to prevent financial losses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate parcel carrier work, including labelling and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administration role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with stock management principles and inventory systems
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including double day shifts

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
