Warehouse Administrator

The successful candidate will have experience in a distribution environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the despatch and receipt process, using the Warehouse Management System
- Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating with customers and suppliers
- Review invoices to prevent financial losses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate parcel carrier work, including labelling and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administration role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with stock management principles and inventory systems
- Ability to work variable shifts, including double day shifts
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
