Job Description

Fuse is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Brand Strategy to lead our creative direction and develop innovative content for high-profile brands. This fixed-term position offers a chance to enhance our brand presence, drive creativity, and guide our team's performance across Europe.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in resolving creative and commercial challenges, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with various media partners.

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and execute compelling campaigns that highlight exceptional creative solutions.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and motivate a team of project managers, creatives, and content producers to achieve outstanding results and meet client expectations.
  • Client and Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and creative partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Social Media Expertise: Establish expertise in organic social media strategies and creative activations, focusing on user-generated content and entertainment platforms.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Client Leadership: Proven experience managing senior client relationships and complex projects.
  • Production Expertise: Experience managing production environments and collaborating with diverse creative media partners.
  • Financial Savvy: Experience managing commercials, including budgets, scopes, profit/loss, and profitability for multiple projects.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting collaboration, growth, and a shared pursuit of creative excellence.

This role demands a salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
