As a Fashion Retail Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that seeks to capture the spirit of modern dressing distinctively. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience, championing our high-quality premium products at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Actively greet, assist, and sell in a professional and consultative manner to build multiple sales and maximize branch profitability.
• Store Operations: Maintain a commercial approach to role and operations, handling transactions accurately and anticipating future opportunities to keep our customers engaged.
• Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with the instore team to deliver an inspirational picture of the TFG vision and promote our brand and products as a dependable shopping destination.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store. As a Fashion Retail Manager, you'll take pride in everything you do, focused on adding value and making the most of every commercial opportunity that arises.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
