Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our food and beverage operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our 4-star Hilton Aberdeen TECA hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisors in the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage department.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Strong training and development skills.
