Business Development Manager Role Summary

At FJN Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive measurable sales growth, and contributing to the development and implementation of processes for existing and new business onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive measurable sales growth and new revenue generation from current and new customers.
  • Monitor industry trends and other emerging opportunities, keeping senior leadership informed.
  • Contribute to the development, co-ordination and implementation processes for existing and new business onboarding.
  • Where required, support Account Management teams.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a business development role within the insurance industry.
  • Experience working in a “new business” focused position.
  • Experienced in supporting with client onboarding process.
