Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions for our WMS systems and hardware.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of our WMS systems and hardware.
  • Provide maintenance and support for existing installations.
  • Work collaboratively with our agile development teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Manage calls in our Service Desk management system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse software-related issues.
  • Occasionally support on-site installation, testing, training, commissioning, and go-live support.
  • Generate and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, manuals, project technical files, and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Previous software development experience within industry.
  • Experience with C/C# programming languages, Pro C, Jaspersoft Reporting, Python, and Microsoft.Net Framework.
  • Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server or Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS).
  • Oracle Database Systems and Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Structured Query Language (SQL) including stored procedures, triggers, etc.
  • Experience and appreciation of Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
