About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Aevus. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our membership management platform, Communit-Us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement effective sales strategies to identify and connect with new prospects.
  • Nurture relationships with interested parties and guide them through a consultative sales process.
  • Act as a role model and cultural ambassador to ensure a great working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience working in a senior sales role, ideally in a B2B software company.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to learn about customers quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
